Recently, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City has issued a Decision to approve the results related to the auction of 4 land lots in the functional area No.3 of Thu Thiem NUA.
Thus, in case the trading is favorable, the Ho Chi Minh City funding will collect an amount of VND 37,346 billion within around 100 days after the confirmation. Those that successfully auctioned are land plots No. 3-5, 3-8, 3-9, 3-12 belonging to the funtional area No.3 of Thu Thiem NUA. And depend on each area, the winning bids are in range of VND 3,820 billion to VND 24,500 billion, contributing to raise the average land price from VND 470 million/m2 up to VND 2,45 billion/m2. These just give more proof for the potential capabilities of real estate market at Thu Thiem NUA.
