2017

April 2017: Established company
August 2017: Officially signed as F1 for Vinhomes Leasing – Vinhomes Investor
November 2017: Won the title of best rental agency for 3 consecutive months.

2018

City Apartment has successfully leased 150 apartments, 9 commercial shophouses, and 1 Vinhomes Central Park villa.

2019

January 2019: City Apartment was honored by investor Vinhomes as the agent with the greatest contribution to the success of the Vinhomes Serviced Residences serviced apartment chain.
March 2019: City Apartment signed a cooperation contract with Huttons Singapore to distribute products of the Sunwah Pearl project. With 7 apartments that have been successfully traded.

2019

April 2019: City Apartment signed a contract with Investor Son Kim Land to distribute and sell special apartment products at Gate Way District 2 project. With the most prominent transaction being a Penthouse apartment priced at 1.2 million USD.
May 2019: City Apartment signed a distribution contract with Investor VIETNAM LAND SSG to distribute and sell products at the Opal Saigon Pearl project.

2019

June 2019: City Apartment signed a cooperation contract with CBRE Vietnam to distribute and sell products at the Empire City project in Thu Thiem, District 2. With the most prominent transaction being a Duplex apartment worth 3 million USD.

2019

August 2019: City Apartment signed a cooperation contract with Real Plus to distribute and sell products at the Swanbay Nhon Trach project.
October 2019: City Apartment signed a cooperation contract with P10 Flooring and Seareal to distribute and sell products at the Centinal Alking project.

2019

December 2019: City Apartment signed a cooperation contract with Ehouse Floor to distribute and sell products at Empire City for sale in phase 4. The outstanding transaction is a Penthouse apartment of nearly 500m2 worth 6.2 million USD.
December 2019: City Apartment was honored by Investor Vinhomes Leasing as the agent with the highest business sales in 2019 of the Vinhomes Serviced Residences product line.

2021

City Apartment was chosen by Investor Sunwah to be the F1 agent distributing apartments of the Sunwah Pearl project.
