+ Option 1: Customers buy a loan and pay interest on their own:

The loan outstanding is 70% of the value of the apartment (including VAT), policies on grace of principal repayment; The grace period for the principal and the prepayment fee within the grace period will be in accordance with the Bank’s policy.

+ Option 2: Borrowing customer uses interest rate support from the Investor:

The amount of loan outstanding, the level of loan entitled to interest rate support up to 70% of the value of the apartment (VAT included), the interest rate support period is 0% in 18 months, or after receiving the house no more than 6 months and grace period up to 18 months. Free penalty if you pay debt before maturity.

+ Disbursement progress

The bank will disburse at a rate of 70% of the value of the apartment (including VAT) within 15 days from the date of signing the purchase contract.

For customers who do not have a bank loan:

⭐ Customers buying houses when paying 95% of the apartment value is equal to the equity, up to 15 days from the date of signing the purchase contract, customers will be entitled to a discount of 9% of the apartment value excluding VAT. Payment conditions before October 1, 2019.

Price list of apartments in Vinhomes District 9 has been updated to the latest

Based on market factors in busy Saigon area, and price list of launches. Sales department sends you REFERENCE price list for the purpose of financial balance. Sales policy, official selling price and purchase contract for each unit will be decided by the Investor at the time of signing the sales contract.

For borrowers

Vincity payment schedule in District 9 is prescribed as follows:

✓ Stage 1: Customer will sign the agreement document, when making a deposit of VND 50 million.

✓ Stage 2: Within 7 days from the day the customer signs the Agreement, the customer will have to pay 10% of the Apartment Value (excluding VAT and 50 million VAT paid earlier).

✓ Stage 3: Customers make payment of 5% GTCH without VAT in August 2019 plus 10% VAT on the written agreement to proceed to sign a sales contract with the investor.

✓ After 15 days since the two sides signed the Sale Contract, the Bank will disburse 70% of the GTCH.

✓ Stage 4: On October 20, 2019, customers will pay 5% of the GTCH (Including VAT)

✓ Stage 5: On December 20, 2019, customers will pay 10% of the GTCH (VAT included)

✓ Stage 6: Receive the house, customers pay 100% of maintenance cost + VAT of 5% of the selling price.

☀️ Note: The 2nd 5% will receive interest rate of 12% / year until receiving legal book.
